Malvasia Perfect grapes of golden Istrian Malvasia are first macerated for 24 hours at 10°C. In the second half of fermentation, about 5% of the wine was poured into new French barrique barrels, resting for 9 months on fine lees (sur lie). With regular battonage (sediment consisting mostly of died away yeast), the fullness of taste is achieved, whereas the wooden barrel intensifies the complexity of the smell and taste. In the final process the wine from the barrels and the wine from the tanks is once again combined in the optimal proportion (coupage).

Chardonnay Because of climate conditions, mild dehydration of grapes happened, especially to those with thinner epidermis/skin. Grape dehydration came after the full phase of phenolic ripeness occurred. This led to a high concentration of the chemical composition of berries, therefore, the quality of grapes increased and we had one of the best vintages. Food pairing: Spring and summer salads, fish appetizers, sea food dishes, risotto, thick piquant chowders, soft and semi-soft cheese, chicken, pasta.

Pinot Grigo Pale lemon color with a gentle pink tinge. The bouquet is moderately accentuated, youthful. Fresh apples, pears, also a little spicy. Nice! Dry, lighter, higher acidity, which is not so common for Pinot Gris in Brda, quite spicy in the mouth, medium body. Crafted, clear Pinot Gris of modern style. Matching food: barbecue, salad, dried meats.

Bagueri Sauvignon Blanc The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is moderately pointed, ripe. Reminiscent of smoke, mass incense, gooseberries, caramel, tomato leaf, a little bacon. In the mouth, the wine is dry, stronger, despite three years in full form, it seems that varietal perceptions in the mouth are even more pronounced than on the bouquet. Beautifully set in wood matured sauvignon, among the best in Brda.

Blue Frankincense Deeper purple. The bouquet is ripe, after coffee, ripening in wood, beets, vanilla, dark cherries. Dry in the mouth, the acids are very high but mature, medium-bodied with a moderate amount of tannins that are nicely formed. There are a few more spicy notes in the mouth. A more elegant style of blue frankincense. Food matching: poultry, pasta, steak.
