Afterwards the grapes were fermented in submersible inox roto tank at the controlled temperature. Maceration duration: 3-4 days. After malolactic fermentation and aging in inox containers followed.

Cabernet Sauvignon Manually harvested fully ripe grapes of vintage 2013 have been additionally selected to remove any green parts. The next process is vinification as with the production of red wine – fermentation in submersible inox roto tank at the controlled temperature with 3-4 days of maceration. After fermentation malolactic fermentation and aging in inox containers followed.

Cuvée Quattro Santomas Cuvée Quattro is a variety made from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Refošk. Perfectly healthy and ripe grapes from the year 2015 were additionally manually selected after mechanical removal of the stalk. This was followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and daily maceration.

Vranac Vranac is an ancient, Montenegrin variety and its real origin was hidden deeply in the depths of history. It originates from the narrow area of Crmnica and now it is certain that it is in a very close kinship with the variety Kratošija. It had been grown since the 14thcentury in the Skadar Lake Valley. The colour of the wine is intense red ruby. On nose, distinct aromas of small, berry fruit, blackberry and blueberry with discreet, dry spices. On palate, the wine is very fruity with prevailing aroma of blackberry with balanced acids and moderate tannin structure.The aftertaste is intense of fruity-spicy character. |

Cabernet Sauvignon Dark red ruby colour of the wine.On nose, noticeable, sweetish aromas of: blackberry, blackcurrants, sour cherry and cherry, complemented with the black pepper notes. Soft tannins, abundant in the wine, give the fullness to the wine and lively acids make it very crispy. On palate, the wine is rounded with distinct fruitiness of the ripe, mature , red fruit which give this wine a sweetish, fresh aftertaste. |

Merlot The colour of the wine is dark , red ruby. On nose, distinct aromas of dark berry fruit with prevailing blackcurrant. On taste, it is easy-drinking, full bodied, rounded with good acids, similar aromas as well as on nose. The notes of black cherry and blueberry are pronounced in the intense aftertaste of fruity character. |

Pinot Noir The wine is a gentle ruby color with garnet shades. The bouquet shows maturity, tertiary notes after undergrowth slowly begin to dominate over fresh notes of reddish fruit. Smoke, caramel.
